That is why we are committed to ensuring that all reviews shown on our site are <strong>genuine<\/strong> and come from people who have actually bought or used our products. Here we explain transparently how we ensure this (information obligation pursuant to \u00a7 5b UWG \/ EU Omnibus Directive).<\/p>\n<h2>Where our reviews come from<\/h2>\n<p>We collect customer reviews via the independent review platform <strong>ProvenExpert<\/strong> (Expert Systems AG, Berlin). After a purchase, our customers have the opportunity to rate their experience. This means that every review is linked to a real business transaction. The reviews are recorded on the ProvenExpert platform and displayed there or via its widget.<\/p>\n<h2>How we ensure authenticity<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviews come <strong>exclusively from people with a genuine purchase or usage relationship<\/strong> \u2014 invitations to leave a review are only sent to actual customers.<\/li>\n<li>We <strong>do not invent reviews<\/strong> and do not commission any fake or paid reviews.<\/li>\n<li>We <strong>do not alter the content<\/strong> of reviews received, <strong>under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>We do not delete <strong>any negative reviews<\/strong> in order to create a better overall picture. Removal only takes place in the case of unlawful, insulting, misleading or manifestly abusive content.<\/li>\n<li>Both positive and negative reviews are factored into the <strong>overall rating<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Note on health-related statements<\/h2>\n<p>Reviews reflect the <strong>personal, subjective opinion<\/strong> of the respective person. Individual accounts of health experiences are <strong>not guaranteed properties<\/strong> of our products and do not constitute any therapeutic or health claims.
