Professional sport means: delivering every day.
15 years of ice hockey, six of them at the top level in Austria, Switzerland and internationally: a season has more than 50 games, plus daily training, travel and little sleep. Kilian got to know NUI through the Vorarlberg scene – and curiosity turned into routine: the NONI ritual in the morning, B vitamins at midday, magnesium in the evening.
Since 2022 he has been a certified personal trainer, and since 2023 a mental trainer with a B licence – for him, routine is not a buzzword but a profession.
