Good to know.
Which products are off-limits during pregnancy?
High-dose products such as vitamin D3 5.000 IU, Boswellia extract or Ashwagandha are not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Always have the intake checked by a doctor.
Why Omega 3 (DHA)?
Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infant. The stated daily amount is decisive — discuss the dosage with your doctor.
Why iron with vitamin C?
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C additionally supports normal iron absorption. Take only when a need has been established and after consultation.
Are the products vegan?
Yes — our Omega 3 comes from algae oil and is vegan. All products are lab-tested (V-Label). You’ll find the certificates on every product page.
