Trust is the foundation of our cooperative. That is why we are committed to ensuring that all reviews shown on our site are genuine and come from people who have actually bought or used our products. Here we explain transparently how we ensure this (information obligation pursuant to § 5b UWG / EU Omnibus Directive).
Where our reviews come from
We collect customer reviews via the independent review platform ProvenExpert (Expert Systems AG, Berlin). After a purchase, our customers have the opportunity to rate their experience. This means that every review is linked to a real business transaction. The reviews are recorded on the ProvenExpert platform and displayed there or via its widget.
How we ensure authenticity
- Reviews come exclusively from people with a genuine purchase or usage relationship — invitations to leave a review are only sent to actual customers.
- We do not invent reviews and do not commission any fake or paid reviews.
- We do not alter the content of reviews received, under any circumstances.
- We do not delete any negative reviews in order to create a better overall picture. Removal only takes place in the case of unlawful, insulting, misleading or manifestly abusive content.
- Both positive and negative reviews are factored into the overall rating.

Reviews reflect the personal, subjective opinion of the respective person. Individual accounts of health experiences are not guaranteed properties of our products and do not constitute any therapeutic or health claims. Only the information on the respective product page is authoritative.
