What is NUI NONI Upgrade Vital?
Upgrade Vital is a vegan food supplement with amino acids that brings six ingredients together in one formula. A daily serving is 4 scoops (20 g), stirred into at least 500 ml of liquid. The pouch contains 300 g of powder.
Vegan · made in Austria · no anti-caking agents · no bulking agents · no preservatives.
The ingredients at a glance
Six carefully selected substances – we explain what they are, not what taking them supposedly “does”.
D-ribose
A naturally occurring simple sugar. Known in biochemistry as a building block of RNA and of ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
Glycine
The smallest of all amino acids – and at the same time one of the most common in the human body. A basic building block of protein and an integral component of collagen. You can find details in our glycine article.
D-galactose
A simple sugar and a building block of milk sugar (lactose). In the formula, galactose also provides a rounder, softer taste.
Creatine monohydrate
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most extensively researched substances in sports nutrition worldwide. It occurs naturally in the human body and is found in significant amounts mainly in meat and fish.
Transparency: The official EU health claim on creatine and physical performance only applies from a daily dose of 3,000 mg. With its balanced formula, Upgrade Vital deliberately does not reach this amount – which is why we make no performance claim about it.
L-lysine
An essential amino acid, which means the body cannot produce it itself; it has to be obtained from food. Lysine is a building block of proteins.
Noni fruit powder from the South Seas
The signature NUI ingredient. More than 152 different natural constituents have been described in the noni fruit – vitamins, minerals, trace elements and secondary plant compounds. It is precisely this diversity that makes the noni fruit so valuable.
What you have read above explains the ingredients – not what taking them “does”. Such claims about effects are not legally permitted for these substances, and we deliberately do not make them.

- New resource-saving pouch instead of a heavy jar
- Fair, stable long-term price: 49,50 €
Who is Upgrade Vital made for?
For everyone who leads an active life – not just competitive athletes. Whether it’s intense training, a demanding job or a strenuous phase of life: Upgrade Vital is the uncomplicated, doping-tested companion for everyone who values an active everyday life.
How to use
4 scoops (20 g) a day stirred into at least 500 ml of liquid – drink it spread over the day or specifically before exercise. Not suitable for children and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
Why a pouch instead of a jar?
We did the maths: the plastic lid of our former large jar alone weighed 19 g – more than the entire new pouch (11 g). The new stand-up pouch has been independently tested for recyclability. Less material, less weight, hardly any transport damage – with identical product quality. Read more about the packaging change.
Our stance: facts, not promised effects
You won’t find any advertising from us promising “energy” or “more performance” – there is no EU-authorised claim for this for the combination in Upgrade Vital. Instead, we tell you honestly what’s inside, how much and how to use it – and that it is doping-tested according to the Cologne List®.
