Melatonin in drop form
NUI Melatonin Drops are a food supplement with melatonin. Each drop contains 0,5 mg melatonin, so the daily dose of 4 drops provides 2 mg. The EU has not set a nutrient reference value (NRV) for melatonin, which is why the table of ingredients shows a dash at this point. One bottle contains 30 ml, which is 780 drops.

The EU has authorised one health claim for melatonin. It is shown further up on this page together with its condition of use, in the wording of the regulation. We use exactly this statement and no other.
How to take the drops
According to the label, you take 4 drops with a spoon half an hour before going to bed. This is the recommended daily dose, and it must not be exceeded. At 4 drops a day, one bottle provides 195 daily doses.
What else is in the bottle
Besides melatonin, the drops contain glycerol, demineralised water and propylene glycol. Glycerol (E 422) and propylene glycol (E 1520) are food additives.
